Clear on leadership, collaboration and change.
About Pieter
Analyst mindset. Human impact.
Pieter Huyghe does not speak from theory alone. His background runs from support and testing through software development, functional analysis and product ownership to scrum mastering, agile coaching and workshop facilitation.
That gives him a view of the workplace from multiple angles: operational reality, technical complexity, team dynamics, leadership and organisational change. It is precisely that combination that allows him to speak clearly about feedback, anxiety, collaboration and leadership without drifting away from practice.
The common thread throughout his work has always been the same: bridging people, processes and technology so teams not only understand what is happening, but can also do something concrete with it.
- experience across analysis, product, coaching and facilitation
- grounded in the day-to-day reality of teams and organisations
- strong on substance without losing the human layer
"I always try to understand what is holding people, teams and procedures back first — so change becomes genuinely useful."

Structuring & Providing Feedback
In the workplace, it is often difficult to find the balance between feedback that says what genuinely needs to be said and feedback that remains constructive enough to support growth. This workshop explores how to structure and deliver feedback clearly, so communication becomes stronger and people can improve together.
Managing Anxiety
We often react unconsciously from old pain, stress or underlying memories. This can push us into a fight-or-flight response, shaping not only how we think, but also how we communicate, listen and respond to others. In this workshop, we learn to recognise those patterns more clearly, so anxiety no longer drives our work and our interactions more than it should.
Servant Leadership
We sometimes say that leadership has changed, but in essence that is not really true. Real leadership has always had the same core: creating direction, building trust and helping people perform better together. In this workshop, we explore how a leader can create lasting results and genuine engagement with a team, an organisation or any other group.
Building Teams
Throughout my career, I have often been seen as the person you call when a team is no longer functioning as it should. I stay honest about that: I do not perform miracles. Building teams requires a thoughtful approach, shaped around the people, context and dynamics of that specific team. In this workshop, I share what I have learned about that over the years, and why some interventions work, while others end up having the opposite effect.
Communication Styles Are Not Enough
By now, we all know them: Insights, 16 Personalities, MBTI and many others. These models absolutely have value, but they are often used with too little nuance or reflection. In this workshop, we explore what else matters on top of them, so we can look at ourselves and others with more insight and fewer assumptions.
